These terms form an agreement between you and Studio 5D, an AI development studio based in Montreal, QC, Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. If you sign in using a third-party provider such as Google, you agree to that provider’s terms in addition to these. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Custom development, consulting, and integration work is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work that we sign with you. Those documents control scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. These terms apply to your general use of the website and any features we offer through it.
